At Somerset Partnership, we have vacancies in the following community hospitals in the beautiful West Somerset area:

  • Bridgwater
  • Burnham
  • Dene Barton
  • Wellington

We are interested in hearing from people who share the above values, and who feel they can make a difference for our patients with their dedication and expertise.

Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of personalised care plans, to contribute to Somerset Partnership’s vision of providing excellent nursing care.

Transferable clinical skills will be supported with training packages and we can offer a period of induction/orientation tailored to your needs. Somerset Partnership also run a great Preceptorship programme for newly qualified staff.

If you are looking to relocate, West Somerset is a beautiful location with beautiful scenery and varied landscapes, with close links to the M5.

If you obtain a position within one of our Community Hospitals you will be in with a chance of a Glastonbury Festival 2019 Ticket! - T&C's/Timeframe applies*
