An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our A & E Tracker Team in the Emergency Department. Working alongside a busy team of administrative and clinical staff this is a very valuable and rewarding role.
This post requires accurate keyboard skills, excellent customer service experience, the ability to communicate at all levels, you must be able to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot within in a busy fast pace environment. Flexibility, reliability and working well as part of a team are essential. Leadership skills will be an advantage.
You will be required to provide a variety of clerical tasks including data input, customer services, data validation of the 4 hour target, assisting the shift coordinators and clinical team with administrative duties.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
